A young couple tried to sell their newborn on eBay. Bid starting at 1 Euro... The least they could do was set a Reserve ... Right ? Joke or not, those two are in trouble. Im not sure what statute this would fall under in Germany... Perhaps it would be considered new Case Law ? "Cyber Trafficking of a minor ?" Anywhoo.

I got stuck at Wachovia bank on Wednesday... My car battery died... Luckily I was next to a Wal - Mart so I bought a new one. But it took forever to put it in... And I ended upmissing class for the first time.

The next day as I was parking my car died out of nowhere. I ended up calling my Dad to jump my car and drive with me on the way home in case it died...I was so pissed off that I didnt even open the hood the whole time.

So when he did come, it was actually the little thing that goes on the battery that came off and wouldnt charge the battery. So I was happy that the only problem was that it was disconnected and wasnt anything major... HOWEVER I still have an appointment with my mechanic on Tuesday since Monday is a holiday...
Also too my book came in for class so I left ++ feedback... It was $12 which is a steal compared to the retail USED price of $74.99 at the campus bookstore.

Ugh.
The sun is getting so intense outside that I dont go out until after 5pm... However, I did buy this really cool kite so I would have something to do at the beach... I havent had a kite since I was about 12... I used to get those cheap ones at Von's with the plastic frames... Good times.

I also bought some FREE nuggets. Chic-Fil-A coupons... 10 for 8 bucks.. So I should be set for quite a while... I need to get off my laptop and read my chapter before procrastination sets in...

Im listening to http://www.80splanet.com/ off of iTunes... Got off of work at 9:30... Went to B&N and looked at HCYDTP.... Sorry Im too lazy to type it.... (photo) and I looked at Entrepreneur , RR Luxury Spa Guide and XXL so I can keep up with whats going on in the urban world. I find it crazy that the rapper "The Game" hates his life so much that he feels that jail will be "good for him"...


The past two days have been highly productive, entertaining and ... lucrative. In between work Ive been watching the Entourage DVD box set and CAKE w/ Ben Baller in his early years before Icy Fresh and the MySpace thing.

Ive spent hours listing eBay items and its paid off... I go to sleep with nothing in my PP account and wake up with $70 ship the items and im @ $50... Went to the mall and bought more items and was back at $9.60... I go to work and come home PP account is at $26... I take a shower and its at $56. Its a good feeling. Low overhead, low maintenance and high profit.

BUT enough business stuff already, I also posted some Legal Assisting flashcards to study my 1st week of notes... AND Ive been putting mental plans together to launch a Legal Forum, my goal is to have at least 1,000 members by time summer is over. That would be good... That would be very good.

Can't believe Friday is already here...

In class blog

Im bored and this is a in class blog... Class was supposed to start at 6pm but it says the teacher will be here @ 6:30pm... So im just sitting here... Checking items and what not. I still have to post my Mothers Day blog... Hmmm eBay items are doing well... I think I have about 26 item up and more are being added everyday. Im starting to get bored... Ive got 5 minutes to play on FlashCards DB till class starts....

Pulled Over...

I had yesterdays post all typed up but decided not to publish it... May 4th, was the night from hell... Had a 4 top of seniors that ruined my night. I shouldnt of been greedy and taken 4 tables at a time...

Didn't do anything for Cinco de Mayo... Took a Math and Reading placement test. (Reading was a 95.5% and Math was unmentionable) I already found a Math tutor on Craigslist... Went to the beach, stopped at school to get my grade for Law Library (Got a B), then went back to the beach...

This time I parked on the other side and got confused about the one way roads... I ended up blocking a one way street and a Police Squad Car was right in front of me. I stopped and backed up into a parking spot and waited patiently, then got out of the car to let the police officer know that I wasnt a "threat". I asked what the problem was and she said I was turning down a one way street and asked for my license and registration...

Long story short I was off the hook with a "notice" and lets just say I will be more careful about driving down unfamiliar streets..

1st Saturday night

Ended up not taking a nap and working on Blog yesterday...

Had a pretty good nite, even though it was slow... I made about $70 after eating and a VERY generous tip out. I did well considering my circumstances but I was emotionally drained by the end of the night... Ate a Kids Fettuchine and a N/A Strawberry Mango Daquiri ended up feeling as if I had ate a bowling ball. MANGO AND ALFREDO DO NOT MIX.... Never again.

Monday is Cinco De Mayo !!! Not quite sure what I will be doing...

Things are starting to slow down at the restaurant so I have been sending my resume out to Law Firms and offices that I would like to work at over the summer...

I cant survive on 10% on $35.00 checks anymore... ($3.50 tip)

Whirlwind

Ok good... For the past 5 minutes I was typing in Tagalog and couldnt figure out how to undo it. Anyways Ive been swamped had a final today for Public Speaking and got a 90.3% overall in the class. It felt good considering that is was a Saturday class...

Im just glad its over although I will miss those speeches... :)
Hmm Ive got work @ 5 till 11 so I better take a nap since my RB is wearing off and I could use a little shut eye. Pixel site is almost done and should be complete by Monday... Woo hoo !

As much as I enjoy typing Ive been contemplating the thought of getting one of those word to text programs, similar to the one used in "Anoymous Lawyer"...
Then again I think I wont I rather have a high WPM. 3 weeks ago we had a public speaker for Law Library (an attorney) I think he said he types 63 WPM... Crazy... Im at 56 right now... We will see if my blog helps me to get any better...

1st Blog...

This is my 1st blog... I am currently in the process of finalizing my ad pixel site for Send Me to Law School dot com...

Hopefully all the pixel's will sell like hot cakes and my donation site will take off faster than a stolen Ferrari !

Even if it doesnt at least I can put everything in a timeline through my blog...
